Your personal information
Some sections of this website invite you to complete your current information, or to contact us or your fellow alumni with comments and enquiries. If you do so we will normally keep these details, as well as your email address and basic details about your time at the firm on a database. The database is accessible by all our offices, including offices outside the European Economic Area (EEA) where the level of legal protection for your personal data may not be as comprehensive as in the EEA. We will not disclose any personal information you provide by means of this website to third parties unconnected with Hogan Lovells without your consent, except to our data processors or as otherwise permitted by the relevant data protection legislation. Addresses, email addresses and other personal details supplied by means of this website will be used for the purposes of communicating with you around the Hogan Lovells Alumni programme, and for other marketing information that may be relevant to you. In some cases they may also be used for statistical analysis.
In order to enable you to keep browsing efficiently, and to ensure that any information you enter is remembered we use "session cookies" on this website. For example, these cookies allow you to complete more than one form on the site without re-entering your details and to change your personal details easily. They remain in the cookie file in your browser during the session but are erased when you close your browser.
